Before contacting us we trust you will kindly note the following caveat(s):

  • Insurance Appraisals three (3) or more years probably have insufficient coverage;
  • We routinely destroy and discard documents seven (7) or more years old;
  • Updating of previous Insurance Appraisal(s) from us cannot be performed in absentia; we must have the opportunity to review and inspect the pieces; fee(s) will apply on a per case basis;
  • The most current format and context of our Insurance Replacement Appraisal is to prepare the document "in anticipation of future need;" wherein it is integrated with very important Intellectual Property elements to help protect you as well as the Integrity of our Brand and business model.
  • Aftermarket/third party appraisal(s)/evaluation(s) cannot be performed without an authorized Client Agreement in place;
  • To help defray the Professional time and commensurate expense please prepare and submit any supporting documentation en suite with the article(s);
